I stopped by my parents house today and my Mother made a big brunch.  I took home leftover scrambled eggs with cheese and ham, but I'm not sure what the best reheating method is.

Microwave?  (The microwave sometimes ruins food like this).  Throw it back in a pan for a few minutes?  Oven?

Microwave.

ETA: You can cook eggs in the microwave if desperate. It won't hurt anything.

bowl, eggs, little bit of water... very little, cover in saran wrap, poke a few holes in... basically steam them in the microwave like you do with those breakfast bowls in the grocery store
