What does his not posting a physical threat have to do with anything? He never posed a physical threat to that 11 year old.
Course I can only imagine what it will cost to keep this guy in prison for 15 years. Athough with his health problems I don't what his life expectancy will be on the inside.

You have to kill someone to get that kind of time here. Diddle 5 kids and get about 3 years max.
Burglary gets probation. Manufacturing meth about 1 year on your 4th offence. An illegal driving drunk without a license while snorting coke off a 14 year olds ass. Night in jail. I guess the state pays better to house other areas inmates. |
