Grilling some burgers, dogs and sausage later when the homies show up.

I smoked my favorite egg frying skillet while reflecting back on the 9/11 thread.

No grillin today. I grilled some beef fajitas and sausage on Saturday. First time by myself and everything turned out great.

I've got a brisket and 6 slabs of ribs going right now..I was up about 3 AM to start it so we could have an early dinner today.

Beer can chicken going on the Weber in a few hours. Will throw some wood on the coals for added smoke.

I'm behind the game,mostly because of the dreary weather, but I am brining ribs as we speak.

Pork roast, a rack of ribs and a bunch of hamburger patties. There was a suggestion in this month Texas BBQ rub newletter to try smoking hambuger patties. Make them about 1/4 inch thick pour on some worcestershire sauce and cook at 225 for an hour or so. We'll see. |

These ribs are good. They came out perfect. Tender, juicy, but still sticking to the bone. |

The smoked hamburger patties were meh. Put them on at the first of the cooking period and they were way too smokey. Should have waited until the smoker reached that blue smoke stage then put them in. Still good but they taste like a pecan tree.
