Seems to get good reviews.

I want to open a brewpub someday that has a huge, stone pit right out front, one big enough for a hog.

Pork roast, a rack of ribs and a bunch of hamburger patties.

There was a suggestion in this month Texas BBQ rub newletter to try smoking
hambuger patties. Make them about 1/4 inch thick pour on some worcestershire
sauce and cook at 225 for an hour or so. We'll see.

DAMN!

These ribs are good.  They came out perfect.  Tender, juicy, but still sticking to the bone.

The smoked hamburger patties were meh.  Put them on at the first of the cooking period and they were way too smokey. Should have waited until the smoker reached that blue smoke stage then put them in. Still good but they taste like a pecan tree.
