Ahh, he must have took that from a dead Israeli soldier. Now instead of shooting 7yr olds it can kill soldiers.

He mounted it too high. The scope should be as close to the centerline of the bore as possible or accuracy is affected in the extreme.

His head must be in an awfully awkward position when he shoots that thing. My guess is that this guy doesn't know anything about natural point of aim. Hell, he probably never even bothered to sight the thing in.

I guess having the scope mounted eight inches above the bore explains why these guys get shot in the head so often. ;) A hide or bunker doesnt do much if you have two feet of your torso sticking out of it just to get crosshairs on the enemy.

It doesn't really look like the Springfield. What about the scope makes you think it is one? Target knobs, AO gradations and markings look different to me, but I don't own one.

for a while i had a leupold veri-X3 6-24x40 with target knobs and leupold dot reticle mounted on one of my rat guns.
it looked odd but wow did it shoot well. |
