This is one areas where the west would probably be better off than the rest of the world. At least here women are allowed into the workforce so some industries might be able to barely run. But you take a bunch of other countries in the middle east and southeast Asia, those places would be nothing but death. China, Japan and Korea would probably cease to exist.

One thing we don’t know but would be interesting to see how it plays out is if there are enough women who would take over all the infrastructure jobs that keep society running.
They can complain all they want about how hard and dirty they are but if the alternative is living in a post apocalyptic wasteland, that would be even worse. Due women being less physically capable, there would actually need to be more infrastructure workers than there are now. Would these jobs become even higher paying and more honored? Or would they be seen as untouchables, as punishment for not getting ahead in life? |

After the WWII the ussr had a big imbalance male to female after uncle Joe killed off so many males
So in the late 40s-50s there were many women doing man’s jobs. |
