Well, neglected isn't really the right word... unworn is better.

Bought a Seiko with metal band about 6 years ago. I guess I just grew out of it a few months later and threw it in the safe.

Today -with all my free time- I decided I was going to make a leather NATO strap.

It's more comfortable than the metal band was and quite a bit lighter.

Looks great. I'm tempted to leather strap a couple of mine with bracelets.
