My buddy does show cars and has been on several magazine covers and Johnny Lightning made a die cast of his car.

The time involved to make a car that clean is ridiculous. I offered to help him clean his car once, but wasn't OCD enough for him.

Now I just watch him clean - it's much easier.

With the exception of this abortion of a car, this post is fantastic.

I generally am bored stiff with car shows but this thread is full of win. Congrats, it takes a lot for a car show to hold my interest.

Crap!  I didn't see that one.  Which doesn't surprise me, I spent hours there, but I still missed seeing a good bit.  I wish I would have known how good that show was going to be, I would have made sure I had more time.

Next year, I'll know
It was sitting right near the Fiat Dino, near the parking lot. Still had the original T-10 aluminum tranny, which means it didn't get raced(they were known to eat themselves when mated with the 427). Total restoration, looked like it just came off the factory floor.

How about that yellow '56 Caddy 4dr? $6000 was alot of money in '56,even came with air, which took up some of the trunk.

Or the Fiat Dino, seen them only in British mags,Fiat never could get the emissions right,so no Dino's were imported.
