Sold this one about a year ago.  Was getting the itch for a new one up until I bought a new GTO instead.

My ZX-6E a week after I bought it in June of '04 on top of the 11,000 Beartooth Pass (MT) in a blizzard. Was a VERY memorable first trip...

..Which brings up the question- when you're really freezing, your hands and toes are already numb, and you know that they'll warm up if you slow down but you'll get home quicker if you gas it....which do you do?  So far everyone I know says gas it.

I'll see if I can get a new one tomorrow (it's a little dirty right now and this pic is kinda old).

Like I said in another thread, they can have my 2-stroke when they pry it from my cold, dead hands

2003 KX250. Has hit more trees than a blind deer getting shot at.

Yeah... gassin' it the only answer to that question. I have to suffer this a lot because I live in MT and as long as there's not a bunch of snow on the ground, I'm generally riding. I ride a lot when it's in the 30's outside. VERY cold windchills for sure...

Well, it was raining and 45 degrees out today so I didn't bother trying to wash it.

As you can compare from the pic above, it's got more paint worn off the frame and more anodizing worn off the clutch cover. It still runs like a raped ape through the woods though

EDIT: A word of caution to anyone buying a used bike; NEVER BUY A FAST WOODS RIDER'S USED BIKE!!! They tend to be a little worn out

+1, sort of wishing I had held out a bit and got the 750 instead of my bike.

My EX250 looks quite a bit more beat up than that nowadays, though...

Come to think of it, my Speed Triple is looking pretty worn nowadays, too!  No time for cleaning, and riding in the rain a lot... but that's life!

I'm shocked that someone here posted a Bimota!  Don't see those everyday...

^^ My bike was looking a little dirty also, time spent washing is time not spent riding !!! ^^ I did notice while I was riding in the rain yesterday I didn't see anybody else out riding.......They must have been inside polishing their chrome......
