As soon as I find the pics and scan them, I'll post some pics of a frame off build I helped a friend do on his 83 Renegade.
Fiberglas tube, yj half doors, soft top, everything painted and clear coated. Took us 8 months from start to finish. |

I had an 'ol 1990 wrangler (I don't know the models these days). I have a couple pictures of her somewhere, but I don't know where, and don't have a scanner. It was a lot of fun on those nice sunny days.

I: 1. Highlighted the URL 2. Right Clicked and selected copy 3. Click Reply 4. There's a little tan square above "Size 4" in "Insert Tabs" 5. Click that, and then right click, select "paste" and it will put the URL in the box. 6. Select OK. It should put the picture the post but I would click "Preview" first before clicking "Submit" to make sure the pic shows up. Red X's can be quite embarrasing |

The dealer has to prove that whatever mods you do caused the failure responsible for your warranty repair, they can't just say 'your warranty is voided because your did X', thats against the law. The red jeep in my post got a new tranny @ 20k, no questions asked. Now, if you put a big lift and a u-joint wears prematurely, or big tires and your clutch dies because you ride it all the time, they're not gonna cover that. But they can't say that your engine or computer failed because you have 33" tires on it. I think it's called the 'Massey-Furgeson act', something like that. |

Well..the boss found my pictures of the jeep my buddy and I built.
It will take me a while to scan some..I have over 80 pics of the build from start to finish. |
