 I keep getting this f'n pop-up message randomly at least 4-5 times a day. It doesn't seem to effect anything I'd just like to know WTF is causing it to pop-up. |

start> control panel> administrative tools> event viewer> system
Check the logs If it is not in system, check application if it is nothing, probably spyware or virus- my guess anyway |

when you have internet explorer open or does it just pop up ?
