I just started getting on my laptop, It states

There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network

HELP!!!

Open Control Panel / Network Connections / Local Area Connections.

See what Windows THINKS is connected to the available networks.  Make sure the IP address your computer has been assigned is in the range of the addresses normally assigned by your router.  (if you have one.)

Same procedure for wireless networks, if you're wireless.

turn all your computers along with your router.   turn the router on  give it 20 sec to "boot up"  then turn on the computers  

edit make sure dchp is enable on all pc's
