Just got a new comp:http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7473499&CatId=2628.  I plan to max out RAM to 8 G.

My flight sims end with IL-2 Stormovik series of games, so the new board does not need to be cutting edge by any means.

I'm looking for a good, solid board that will play my games, and not be costly.  The slots on the back of the comp are narrower (approx. 3") than on my much older computer, and obviously will affect the range of choices.  What is the correct terminology for these narrow boards?

If possible, please suggest specific boards, and also best vendors for same.

Thanks for reply.  I decided to follow the advice given me on this thread http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_119/1616510_PC_Game_Board_Needed.html.  It, and the 4G of additional RAM arrived this afternoon.
