I'll have to be on the look out for that It can be a real problem. if you're shooting against a high contrast background ... and shooting in hi-speed burst mode ... and using a fast shutter speed ... and underexposing by a few stops ... and trying to pull it up in post ... and jupiter is in alignment with ... Apparently Canon thinks it is enough of an issue to fix it but I haven't been able to make it happen on my camera even when trying. There are a lot of people shooting birds in flight who haven't seen this problem. Of the two people on POTN who could make it happen one of them turned out to be a reflection on their UV filter. |
