Big deal... there was an "almost finished" demo of DNF back in 1998 just prior to dumping the Quake II engine and starting over from scratch.

I really wonder if its going to be a completely new game with nextgen graphics and such or if its just a port of the game they were working on before.

Was at PAX. It is true. It was in a completely closed booth, the line was 2 hours+ on all 3 days of the show at all times.
They gave out free t-shirts and Duke Nukem steroids (very large jar of mints). No cameras were allowed... Sorry... |

I had to do a double-take when it was on the front page of gamespot.com.
Duke3d was the greatest gaming experience of my life.  playing that with a friend every weekend, he would bring his PC over and play over LAN or Serial on small custom maps. Really hope there's a lot of substance to this newest iteration.
