Yes..how ever you get to 100, do it.  

Only rule is..ass has to stay on the bench..no leaving, walking around, etc.

There aint no way in hell I am ripping out a hundo reps with out breaking.

There's no cardio in the weight room

That's like 20+ rep squat sets. I appreciate those that can do 'em but have no desire to join that club.

I just tested on a scale. At 165lbs, the weight on my hands is 125lb for a push up.

At one point I would finish my leg WO with one set of 20s.  315 was my weight at my best, a2g.  No way I could push that today

The one rep max calculator says 100 in a row would be a one rep max of 580lbs.

did my normal heavy bench night last night and thought I'd give this a try

got 40 on the first go, laid there for a few seconds and did 10 more and shut it down...I don't enjoy that type of lifting at all, had to remind myself

I finally gave this a go. 8 was all I could do. It inspired to plan out a Wendler series, and as I've been doing my 1RMs I found that 154 is where I'm at on benchpress ATM.

Middle age, better than average shape, but more of a history of endurance sports than strength. Started lifting about 18 months ago.

I'll have to try it this week...I'm curious to see how it goes. I did the 1000 pushup challenge that got posted in GD last year and surprised myself by doing it in less than an hour, so who knows on this
