I just heard an ad for Cortislim and it stated that it contains ingredients that reduce cortisol. People under stress like police officers etc would benefit. Could a OTC product be able to do that.

Didn't ephedra cause stimulation of the nervous system? Wouldn't that cause cortisol levels rise in the body? So what is the deal? Thanks
