Bottom line is call around to CT FFLs and ask if they'll transfer it. If you can find one willing to do the transfer then have them do the transfer (as soon as possible).
Right now things are in flux on prebans and what can be "legally" transferred. Lots of "I heard from..." that turns out to be speculation and not verifiable fact, as in a document from SLFU/DESPP.
