Gentlemen, There has been some talk about members here who may be in financial trouble due to the recent storm that hit the Punta Gorda area. Do you guys think we ned to pass the hat to help our brothers out? Sound off here or email/im me....I'd like to help. Aim4MyHead is a LEO down in the area that got trashed. If you look at this thread in Team Forum: ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=75&t=264848 it sounds like he doesn't even have clothes. He is talking about selling his guns and gear to get by. |

Seriously though, Hi Ger...we miss you and best regards to the Mrs. Guys, I have IM'd Aim4 and hope that he'll call me as soon as he gets a chance...He is under "orders" (in my usual gentle tone  ) not to sell anything until he speaks with me and I consult with you..If worse comes to worse, I'll just have The Evil Penguin lock him out of the EE until we can pour some cash into his pockets...  edited for my (usual) crappy spelling |
| I'm in. Maybe I'm just too new on ar15.com but I learned a lot about who was right here in my general neighborhood this weekend. What I'm wondering about is how some people might need help but won't ask and I don't even know for sure who to send an email or IM just to ask if they're okay. |
I (stupid noob) sure blew it with Aim4MyHead. Right after I saw this thread and posted on the 15th, I sent him an email offering clothes for his son. |
