| I am just about ready to start reloading. I bought a Hornady Lock n Load classic kit, tumbler, case trimmer, media, and finally have the powder and primers to get going. Hope to build my bench this weekend. Looking for recommendations for chamfer tools, primer pocket tools, and any other misc tools I may be overlooking.....Thanks, Scott |

Definitely get a decent set of calipers. The chamfer/debur tool that comes with the kit is okay, but I'd look into the Hornady or RCBS power case prep center if you plan on doing any amount of rifle stuff. I just finished trimming, chamfering, deburring, and flash hole reaming 160 pieces of .308 by hand, and my hands hurt! One of those power case preppers is on my short list. Also, reaming 100's of primer pockets by hand sucks. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
