I don't know anything about sharpening a knife. I want to sharpen my knives by hand, no machines or gadgets (seems therapeutic to do it by hand). Please provide me with some advice on how to get a sharp blade using a stone that utilizes either water or oil. I am not sure on what grits of stone to use either. Thank you in advance.
