Prints received: 4/20 Approved: 8/11 Of note, I emailed the examiner after getting notice of approval, to ask about all the other eForm 1's submitted around the same date and he approved those as well. I had six additional pending, and it seems the cutoff was that if they had been submitted less than 2 months ago, he did NOT approve those, presumably because they'd need a new FBI background check returned on those. Here's the additional two he approved, presumably because of the [super-nice] email I sent. Also of note - I did NOT get an email from atf.gov upon approval of these two - I only noticed them having been approved when I looked today to get the info to post here on the above one: eForm 1 SBR - LLC Submitted: 5/4 Prints received: 5/17 Approved: 8/12 eForm 1 SBR - LLC Submitted: 5/17 Prints received: 5/17 Approved: 8/12 |

Submitted: 07/06/2022 Fingerprints Received: 07/11/2022 DENIED: 08/18/2022 Reason for Denial: Date of Birth, Gender, and Place of Birth were missing from Fingerprint cards. They were NOT missing, although the LEO fingerprint machine was printing very light. My only guess is it was an easy excuse to get rid of a form. I have resubmitted, and the LEO fingerprint machine was printing better. Hopefully that does the trick. ??? |

8/2/22 Submitted 8/18/2022 re-submitted. Noticed error in first app (didn't check US Citizen box). Requested withdrawal of 1st app via "Ask the Expert". 9/22/22 Email from Carol Ripley asking which app to withdraw (emailed back explaining error) 9/23/22 Approval of 2nd App (I didn't loose my place in line after re-submit). 52 Days I did mention my 4 other pending's in my return email, but nothing on those. No sign of refund on withdrawal yet. |
