| I had my class 3 dealer do my Trust paperwork and my Form 1 on my last stamp. Quick question. In box 2 "application made by" my dealer checked individual even though it was done as a trust. it got approved, BUT, I saw an example on arfcom that was a trust and the Corporation or other business entity is checked. Any help would be great. I would think it should be a Corporation or other business entity due to the individual applicant requirements. |

Hmmm... it should definitely be checked as Corp or other business entity. But you would have to contact the ATF to determine if this is a real problem or not. I suspect its not if they approved it. |
