I had my class 3 dealer do my Trust paperwork and my Form 1 on my last stamp.  Quick question.  In box 2 "application made by" my dealer checked individual even though it was done as a trust.  it got approved, BUT, I saw an example on arfcom that was a trust and the Corporation or other business entity is checked.  Any help would be great.  I would think it should be a Corporation or other business entity due to the individual applicant requirements.

Hmmm... it should definitely be checked as Corp or other business entity. But you would have to contact the ATF to determine if this is a real problem or not. I suspect its not if they approved it.
