I put my wife and my four kids on the LLC I have here in PA. Can my 20 year old son take out my SBR with proper documentation and shoot it at the range without me?

People under 21 can't own the NFA item.

Since the LLC owns the item and your son is an Officer in the company then he has full access to the item.
