Hey guys, I am building an AR9 using a 5.5" QC10 barrel. I am having so much trouble finding a hand guard that's around 4", 4.5", 5" ... I am wanting the barrel and muzzle break to stick out a little bit past the hand guard. If anyone has any leads or suggestions I would truly appreciate it a lot! I have one recommendation and its $189 for a 4.5" tactical rail, its too pricey for me. I am not doing a budget build but that is steep for such a small rail.
This is my last part to complete my build, I can not wait to go shoot this beast!!!!!!!!! Thank you! |

I'm not as knowledgable as some of the others here, but, have you considered finding a one-piece and just cutting it to size? Cerakote afterwards? I don't think I have ever seen a rail shorter than 4.5". Yes, I actually did think about that but I do not have a steady hand at all. Odds are I would destroy it and be back to square one. |

In addition to the rails in the link below, Guntec has a 4" handguard.

Where are you in Fl? Around the orlando area? I'd cut it for you if you are. |
