I am getting ready to have all my parts for the Ma-Ten. What tools are need to assemble the upper? |

That does not address the specific tools for the Ma-Ten 308 series. I have tools for a regular ar15, but the Ma-Ten uses a larger barrel nut. I ordered the DPMS 308 upper vise claw. |

I prefer the PRI claw as it is aluminum, not plastic. DO NOT use the claw as the show in the web site picture, it may cause the upper to crack when you install the barrel nut. Also a good chance of breaking the claw. PRI claw 
Correct way to mount in vise for barrel nut installation. 
You well need to have a barrel nut wrench that matches the barrel nut, there are two or three different patterns. |
