From the pics I’ve seen of the 10.3’s those are the RQS PJ’s and probably unit purchased. RQS’s don’t fall under AFSOC. |

I asked a question about these lowers on the SOPMOD thread, but specific to this thread: did Crane ever use/repurpose ‘M4 Carbine’ marked lowers that originally had the burst fire selection?
I have found info saying they used M16A1 lowers and M4A1 Carbine lowers (both originally with full-auto fire selection), but didn’t find any using the M4 Carbine lowers. Kind of bummed - I think I wasted the CLW Crane MK18 Mod 0 sticker on the wrong lower… Attached File Attached File I realize it won’t be correct, regardless. It’s a PSA lower, not a Colt, and it’s a sticker, not an engraving, but I’d like to get as close as possible. I do have another PSA M4A1 Carbine (Auto-marked) lower I could use, but I’d have to sacrifice that cool Crane sticker |

Ended up pulling the riser, just wasn't working out as good as I had liked. Threw it under my eotech on another rifle though. Decided to go with a Viper on top of the Elcan, sorry no docter. I'm really liking it so far.

SOF primarily didn't use the M4 Carbine (burst) but issued M4A1s (auto). I do know USJFKSWC used M4s for Robin Sage and few in the Group Support Battalions. Of those 99% were Colts and 1% FN replacements (fielded under first M4A1 contract). CD |

Attached File I actually have a couple of PSA M16A2 marked lowers (also w/burst FC). Would one of those work with a CQBR? Or am I misunderstanding the “A2 profile Lower” listed on the Clone Rifles website? Reference: Clone Rifles - CQBR Block I |
