I am posting for my cousin who is in town from Oregon, He ordered a rifle kit from you on the 19th of Nov. It said it should have been to my house on the 28th. There seems to be a problem with the tracking number. He is trying to figure out where it is so hopefully I can build his rifle before he leaves back home. Your website inbox is full and he has been unable to get ahold of anyone thru your website. If you would please check your inbox on this site and give him a call.

| Our CS Dept. said they have been in contact with you via e-mail. Your order is still in manufacturing if your tracking number does not have any progress on it. UPS sends out a "projected" delivery date when the order ticket is made for the upper receiver. This is not an accurate delivery date. |

My LPK order was placed the 21st it said it was supposed to be here the 28th. The tracking number from UPS claims they never even dropped it off yet.
This is crap. So far my first order from PSA ain't going so well;) My BCM order (that I ordered black friday) will be here tomorrow. I really thought my LPK would get here before my upper did:( |
