The can has to be transferred to your dealer on form 3 and form 4 to you so I would say no... However Silencer Shop is submitting form 4s two weeks after they submit form 3s right now. I know at one time that was considered a no no but I can't imagine a place that does as much business as them doing something shady. |

i ordered on day 2 and have my dealer transfer paperwork in,so far have not been charged. so i'm guessing they are still making them.no big deal but it would be cool to have mark send the muzzle devices, coupon and swag out to my address so i could get the tobr barrels fitted up and ready to roll.
of course in reality it will take the feds months so i guess there is no real hurry except to get the serial number so my ffl can get the ball rolling.dam i'm excited as Minnesota just legalized suppressors and i cant wait to get my hands on one.i'm seriously thinking of ordering up a sandman short just in case this takes longer than expected) good things come to those who wait,as painful as it is.my obr took over a year to arrive but it is super accurate and my favorite shooter so far.

I ordered on the 5th, and it's now 10/3 and they haven't started the NFA reg as far as I know...I talked to Juli and went ahead and sent my trust info in anyway (no one had called yet to request it)...I am under the impression they must be still in MFG'ing as the NFA wait is yet to start, unless I am missing a step that I am unaware of...
I hate that the NFA wait is long enough as it is, but we have an LT wait as well and no OFFICIAL word on the delays yet.. |
