There’s quite a few online functional medical docs where they order a blood panel at a lab near you and then do a zoom consultation Joe Rogan talks about Ways2Well and I know a couple guys here use them. Also Dr. Stephen Cabral has an amazing website and resource but I can’t remember his website right now but it’s some variation of his name. @jcatcg If I didn’t have a local option that I liked I would use one of those two. |

So, does one have to go on "maintenence" with these peptides, or can one stop after reaching their weight loss or other goal? I'm interested because my Sleep Apnea doctor wants to discuss tirzepatide. I have lost 60# with diet and lifestyle changes but I have plateaued, and still need to lose at least another 25#. |

Could anyone that has tried multiple GLP-1s (retatrutide, mazdutide, Cagrilintide, semaglutide, tirzepatide) commentary on their experience? I’ve tried semaglutide and I am using tirzepatide currently. I seem to have similar appetite control and results on a lower dose of tirzepatide than I did with the semaglutide |

You can do either, but studies show that you'll likely gain back some of the weight if you stop - I don't think it's yet 100% clear whether that's the result of continued bad habits or some sort of rebound effect in your body. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that. I have a theory on it, but I'm just a dude talking out of his ass, not any kind of medical professional. ![]() IIRC, tirzepatide is better than semaglutide for weight regain. |

There are some anecdotal but insane reports of people afraid of the medically prescribed and safe administration of IM or IV injections, and instead chose to administer it intranasally and experiencing permanent psychiatric symptoms and psychosis. If I had to guess, something due to the proximity to the brain, BBB bypass is possible, or at least to a different otherwise found with IM. |

I stay the fuck away from anything "injectable". I have been known to inject spices into turkeys, though. |

There were FBI agents posting in my threads. I've seen the discovery showing this.

If you eat healthy, drink water, and exercise, most people will have minimal or zero side effects. Aside from that, it's as if tirz reset my body's metabolism to when I was 25yrs old: if I make even a half-assed effort in the kitchen/gym, I'll rapidly lose fat while still building muscle. All my bloodwork markers are also improved. I call it pain compliance. |

Tirz was the bulk of my weight loss, hit a stall and added in Maz to zero effect. Dumped that and replaced it with Reta.... Weight dropped quick. Once I blew past my weight goal I dropped Tirz and stuck with 6mg Reta. So far my weight is up and down 3-5lb per weigh in. Tirz def kills the cravings more then Reta, but I feel like Reta is better about burning it off. Best advise I can give. If you still losing weight, or not stalled for 4+ weeks do not go up in dose. I was doing great on 5mg Tirz, wanted more and went up. 7.5-10 was a nothing burger and I finally started losing again at 12.5. My wife never went past 2.5 Tirz and dropped 70LBs With Reta I also crave sugars more, I have always picked salt over sugar its weird. |

4 less needle sticks a week doesn't hurt my feelings.
