Tirz def kills the cravings more then Reta, but I feel like Reta is better about burning it off.

Best advise I can give. If you still losing weight, or not stalled for 4+ weeks do not go up in dose. I was doing great on 5mg Tirz, wanted more and went up. 7.5-10 was a nothing burger and I finally started losing again at 12.5. My wife never went past 2.5 Tirz and dropped 70LBs

With Reta I also crave sugars more, I have always picked salt over sugar its weird.

@tooldforthis

most of my 'elbow' issues relate to a torn bicep tendon so I'm not sure if it's really elbow issues.  My old orthopedic surgeon retired but I know he used to do cadaver elbow replacements and had a lot of success with them.  The new surgeon that did the bicep tendon repair is not the same quality as my old so YMMV

that said I've got some tb500 and BPC 157 in the fridge we're going to give this a try just as soon as I work out a dosing schedule.

My standard dose is 180mg a week although I went to 250mg for a while in an effort to preserve muscle while I was in more of an aggressive calorie deficit. I respond very well to test, 200mg a week puts my free test at 300ng and my total around 1500ng at the lowest point in the week so it was definitely very supraphysiological at 250mg. I need AI at anything over 180 a week though and I hate having to figure out just how much Aromasin I need so I prefer to stay so I'm back down to 180 again.

I just got a prescription for Nandrolone for joint pain so I'll be incorporating that soon and see if it helps.

Deca is useless for joint pain at the levels someone on TRT will be using it for. Clinics like to tell you it will to simply sell you something else. And prepare yourself for possible ED issues and needing more AI's if you are sensitive. The benefits of Nandrolone/Deca only really start to shine around 3-400mgs a week. Either keep it for a rainy day for when you want to blast some gear, or leave it in the medicine cabinet.

FWIW bac water and reconstitution solution are technically two slightly different things, proper bac water has a preservative that makes it a little better suited for multi-use vials. Recon solution should work fine though, I haven't had any issues with it. I got a deal on some 50mg ret vials, I'm switching to bac water for those because they'll be used up so slowly I want to make sure they stay good. Just wanted to bring that up.

I still lift. And yes, We're well aware of what a lack of strength training does to the body.

And my wife is shockingly flexible and very mobile.

Not yet lol.

I say mostly natural because after more than a decade of serious lifting, I did a couple really amateur cycles after college.

Nowadays I'm nowhere near natural.

I took 157 and TB500 for a wrecked knee. They fixed it right up.

I tried NAD+ and it didn’t do much.

I did Semorelin and it made me sleep way too deep. I had a lot of trouble waking up.

I’m sticking to 180mg TRT per week and calcium d glucerate and grape seed extract to keep the e a little lower. I am 950 and e is high 40s, trying to put it in the 30s without anastrazole.

I’ve been and am currently using tirzepatide from a compounding pharmacy.    I need to decide which peptide I want to add to that regimen first.  I’m thinking likely tesamorelin/isamorelin combo.

My test level was low 300s, just within the acceptable range.  I took DIM for about a year and it went up to 550.  I expect it to be higher after my weight loss.

I'm telling you this from two decades of dealing with PED's. These small studies don't prove much. They had a whopping 18 men report back lol. The side effects from DECA won't be worth it and they will not see long term relief if any at all. There won't be gains in the gym from 100-200mg's of DECA, it will just suppress their natural test. They will more than likely see some hair loss, depression, some prolactin/gyno issues, some experience ED and more. 19-nor's are not friendly if not used right. If it was stacked with some TRT, then sure, they might be ok for a bit, but not long and the benefits won't outweigh the sides. Don't believe me? Hop on some NPP or regular ole Deca without a test base.

Not sure about inflammation, 157/500 seems to help most with repairing of damaged/torn tissue.  It does increase oxygen content and blood flow, so maybe would help, but I'm sure there are peptides that would do a better job with joint/tendon inflammation.

I had been on tirzepatide for a while,  Over the past week, I’ve gradually added tesamorelin, ipamorelin, NAD+, melanotan II, and BP157/TB500.  I’ve added each at low to moderate doses.

I also started taking DHEA and DIM capsules.

I seem to be having quite satisfactory result thus far.

So BPC/TB looks like a daily protocol?  10-20 units, guess that'd last a little while.  Could get expensive if you stayed on it for a while.  (Of course, all this stuff can be like that.)  I see it referenced as the "Wolverine blend".  Does it come with the claws?

Curious about the nootropics too, though it looks like both Semax and Selank originate from Russia.  That makes me a little nervous, ha.

BPC is daily, TB is weekly.  You could take TB daily with BPC, but it doesn't seem to improve the healing rate that significantly.

Reta is going to be wild on the market once it gets FDA approval.  I can’t imagine what they’re going to charge for it on rx.

I had a good experience with semaglutide a couple years ago so I’m hopeful Reta will be similar.  Pura had the bulk 10-pack of the 10mg on sale a couple weeks ago.
