Injectable Peptides…for more than weight loss (Page 2 of 65)

I've been consulting with a company that offers legit prescribed peptides - compounded through a US pharmacy. The requirement is an upfront Blood Test and Doctor consult - But then you get to talk to a real doctor that specializes in functional medicine and knows what works, how much to take and no bro science. Its basically concierge medicine. The results I've seen personally and from lots of customers are amazing. |

I had a guy come in to the ER at 1030 at night, having taken 3 different injectable peptides. He'd inadvertently done a 4X overdose on one of them about 45 minutes prior. It turned out to be the one that was a stimulant. He was tachycardic, sweating and just about crawling out of his skin. He got admitted to the ICU. I thought he was going to arrest in front of me at any time. I called poison control and they groaned and said, "Oh, we hate these things. You never know what all they have taken. They're a nightmare." If you're dumb enough to take random injectable things from amateur pharmacists at the local gym, you deserve what you get. |

Dont know the OPs specific request, but heres my story. I did some Tirz. Mounjourno or whatever its called. Dark web compounding pharmacy that only takes crypto and doesn't advertise. Found them out from a friend. Lost 35lbs from Feb to May, went from 200.6lbs to 163lbs. Took a break from the "meds" because I plateaued and thought I needed a break. life got hectic. Went to Alaska. Ate like crap, sat in a truck for 5000 miles. Had gained back 15lbs at the end of the trip in early July. 1 treatment of the tirz and I lost 7 lbs in a week. Took another treatment today. I am hoping to be 155 lbs by end of summer. A weight I havent been since 2003 when I went to bootcamp. For a total of roughly $80, I personally have lost this weight. |

HGH, great for recovery and fat loss. Retatrutide, great for cutting up. Melanotan 2, turned me from pasty white to perfect golden brown tanned in ~8 sessions of around 45 minutes in the sun. I have gray eyes and my natural skin tone is literally white as a sheet of printer paper. And I don't tan naturally. MT2 doesn't care PT-141, made me nauseous then gave me a boner that lasted over two hours till the wife had to finally tap out. Still not sure where I stand with that one Love me some peptides. |

Been on black market Tirz, and then Reta for 6+ months. Down 90+ LBs. Hit goal weight, well blew past it. Now on a maint dose of reta and going a ss31+mots c cycle. The place I get mine from is tested after it arrives, and then they pick 5 random people who bought to submit a vial they have for more testing. Prices are mid tier but nothing compared to retail or even med spas. I am about $1500 into it, and me and the wife have hit goal weight and have meds for 4+ years left. |

Let's say at a wholesale price of $2-4 a vial because they are buying in bulk. They are HPLC tested here and packaged into the final product according to pharmacopoeia regulations, they sold at $60-120 a vial. The grey market peptide sites are doing roughly the same thing, just potentially less testing and QC, and obviously avoiding regulations. Those willing to do the research just skip the middlemen and get directly from China. Basically sets of 10 vials for the price of a single vial from the gray market peptide sites. These sites operated with impunity for the last decade+, until they started carrying the weight loss peptides and effecting big pharma's bottom line. So much for RFK pushing for peptide deregulation (I'm not talking about allowing patent infringement). ![]() End of Peptide Sites? Steroid Lawyer Explains |

Maybe we can make an official thread with progress results and what not like the trt thread that was going? I'm 44, neuro damage and inflamation issues from Lyme's disease, have all kinds of bursitis, tennis elbow, tears etc. from being highly active and lifting 25+ years. All of this has greatly reduced my ability to workout recently so my love handles are creeping in too. I'm still researching but plan on giving them a shot soon. I'm a hardcore skeptic so I will need to see very real results to consider them effective. |

I've been doing a lot of reading on this, but I still have a lot of questions. Say I order a 10mg vial of powder form Tirzepatide from a research website. What do I add to the vial to make it liquid form? How much of that liquid do I add, then how much do I inject to get the 2.5 mg dose? Does the rest of the vial go into the trash? I've been reading all kinds of stuff, but it's one of those things I want to get right if I try it. |

This is a common question from clients. Oral is almost always useless when it comes to peptides. And unfortunately there are a lot of bunk peptide companies out there and you really want to do solid research on legitimate ones. I have two that I trust that are independently lab tested regularly. Also, folks that reach out to me, I do not do free phone consults, please stop asking. I'm more than willing to answer questions here, but I do not do phone consults for online rando's. |

I've been reading all kinds of stuff, but it's one of those things I want to get right if I try it. It is basic math, but here goes. Bacteriostatic water is what I use to make it into a liquid. I use insulin syringes. They are in "units". I try to use round numbers, so, if using a 10mg vial of tirz, add 40 "units" of BacWater. Then, a 10 "unit" injection would be 2.5mg. 10/40=2.5/10 Extrapolate that into whatever you want. If you add 80 units to a 10mg vial, then 20 units would be a 2.5mg injection. 10/80=2.5/20 If you have a 30mg vial of tirz, then 120 units of bacwater would result in a 10 unit injection being 2.5mg. 30/120=2.5/10 Refrigerate your "mixed" vial. The term in constituted. They keep for a very long time. Dont shake the vials, the peptides are fragile, at least thats what i was told. Use clean 1 time use syringes (toss them afterwards, do not reuse), alcohol wipes on vials, body and needles to prevent infection, and if you are still nervous, then maybe go the professional route first to be safe. |

Somewhat hypertensive, but not as much as you'd think. Every 60-90 seconds, he'd bend over and loudly groan or grunt, like the Hulk getting angry. I thought he was stroking out the first time. And then he'd stand up again and repeat every 60-90 sec. Couldn't lay down due to anxiety and a little dyspnea. Did an EKG with him sitting up. My nursed slammed an IV in him while he was still standing because he wouldn't sit or lie down waiting for the ambulance to come. He got Versed in the rig and then admitted to the ICU on an Ativan drip. |

I hand them money and they hand me a vial with a prescription paper on it. As long as you do blood tests every 3 months it’s good to go. Only thing I have to get directly from the pharmacy is the testosterone. All the peptides they hand to me directly and show me how to dose it and inject it. |

I am on my 3rd trial of TB500 and BCP157s. The first bottle I took was due to a nagging knee injury. It was during hockey season, and my knee was extremely sore. I had stopped skating, as it was towards the end of the season, and the injury slowly healed. The second trial was when my knee was sore due to me biking a lot. It helped. 3rd and final, I just finished. The knee is hurting, but not too badly. I have received no noticeable relief this round. |

Landed in the hospital and after tons of tests, my inflamed non-functional gall bladder had to come out. No stones, just gall bladder called it quits….probably from storing too much bile due to barely eating anything. Only lost about 5 pounds over a couple months. Works for a lot of people but not me.
