Those that practice islam according to a strict reading of the quran & the hadith. I would consider the more secular leaning muslims such as General el-Sisi of Egypt as progressive muslim or followers of "progressive islam". To compare it to Christianity - think of the congregations such as Southern Baptist, Church of Christ, even the Catholic church as fundamental Christians that believe in marriage between man & woman, homosexuality is a sin, etc... while some of the denominations such as Anglican that perform gay marriages as more progressive Christians. |

AFAIK, the Paris attacks and the thwarted train attack were with FAs. Apparently, the EU Council is kin to my local City Council. Many years ago, on a 50 MPH road, a Volvo full of kids traveling at 50 was rear-ended by a truck doing ~100 MPH, resulting in several deaths. The locals responded by lowering the speed limit on that road to 45. True story.
