I know this has been asked a few times before so thought I would post a 'definitive' test here. Yeah I know you've run MSE or Windows Defender for years without a problem but look at these real world tests. Just switch.

Glad I switched to BitDefender. Chose them after seeing some other test results of various AV.

Interesting.  Not sure what is up but Avast has been giving my computer aids lately, may try something different.

Why leave that 10% open? Bitdefender uses the same if not less resources on my PC.

All are crap and only stop the easy problems. Nothing works for the real stuff.

All I need is something for the easy stuff.
I'm not a porn site surfer....
You don't have to install one if you don't want to.

Actually you do. If you running MS 7, since MS won't allow you NOT to run mandatory AV in safe mode if you get something like fake AV installing as AV it will never not run. (Annoying problem) So I run AVG even though I would prefer nothing at all.

And the porn sites are clean , those church sites that volunteers maintain . (Just saying etc etc.)

Huh, looks like there's a BitDefender version available for Linux. Installed.

ETA: Doesn't work. Uninstalled.
