Sounds exactly like my 2nd car -- '89 Buick Century.

4-door, puke brown (best color ever....you never had to wash it, because dirt didn't show up at all), and the 3.3L V6 in it.  It wasn't a hot-rod by any means, and it couldn't hang with any real sportscar, but it could (and did) haul some ass on occasion.  Great car to piss off the ricers (and the ricer craze was just getting started in the mid 90s).

Oh yeah, it also had a back seat big enough for, um, back seat activities, without being cramped.

'87 Honda Accord.  Bought it when I turned 16, it was 6 years old with 75K miles on it.

I'd probably still have it, if my Dad hadn't totalled it while I was at college.  I couldn't bear to look at it in the back yard when I came home that weekend.  I was genuinely sad because it was my first car and had so many good memories.

Actually, this thing.

1984 Chevy Blazer FULLSIZE w/4x4. It is 2 years older than I am. It had a 305 in it when we got it but it started blowing a little oil and my opportunity for a bigger motor was born. I bought a 350 off a guy for $100 and spent $1100 redoing the motor. Now I have a 10-11mpg (if I'm REALLY good) vehicle that will rumble windows a mile away thanks to headers, Cherry Bombs, and true duals.

I Found out that it's pretty fast too. My buddies and I were driving separate vehicles out to another friends house one night after a football game and a "Race" ensued. I was running second, out of 3, coming out of town. I put 'er down and passed my friend in his 1999 Chevy truck w/4.3 Vortec. My buddy behind me has a 1974 Monte Carlo w/350 and other minor tweaks but he couldn't get by my friend in the truck. I didn't completely lose them in the 5 mile race out to the farm we were going to, but my friend in the truck was havin trouble keeping up with me because his truck cuts out at 99mph.....and I apparently was going a tad bit faster than that

I got my first car last year and it was a 1984 Honda Accord Hatchback with 242,000 miles. I got it for free, but I had to replace the seal on the front of the block.

The car's main attraction is that it has a working A/C.

1972 Porsche 914.  Shit Brown.  $500.  The girl we bought it from had torn off part of the front fender, and thought she'd blown the motor.  Well we got it hom and got to working on it.  Had a broke spring on the carb and after we fixed that it'd run good.  Only problem was that it wasn't really a Porsche.  It was a VW. Most, if not all, of them back around that time were.  0-60 time was about 11 seconds,  top speed was about 90.  But by god it said Porsche on it.  Dad traded it for a motorcycle that he ended up selling for $1700 to use as a downpayment on him a new truck.  I never saw one damn dime of my $500 I paid for it.  Other than getting to have a Porsche for 3 months that got sold before I turned 16.

1970 Olds Toronado, bought used in 1984 to take to college.

Siezed and died on the side of the NYS thruway near Kingston.  Traded the car to the tow guy for a ride to Albany.

Had the car for a total of 4 days, and under 200 miles.

Pontiac Sunbird - '80 I really miss it.

BUT I miss MORE my Olds Cutlass 442.

But if offered either car in "original" condition today, I'd take the Pontiac, because better gas mileage.
