Dumb question…stoked to get my stock today. Buttt just got a bag of hardware, loose buttplate and stock. Guessing you push the left side roundish screw head button in to adjust length (I kept thinking im supposed to push the square on the other side somehow) and what screws do I use to attach the butt pad? I’m guessing long one on top and one of the four shorts on the bottom? Where am I using the washers? Sorry guys, first time even touching one of these stocks…curious how these mount too. Anybody got a Gen 3 manual they can shoot over? |

The large screw is a spare for the clamping mechanism (already a screw in there). Could be wrong. You push the round button in to adjust stock length. |

I apologize, in the rush to get them assembled and shipped, we must have missed the instruction sheets. The larger screw in the pack is for the banned states, they can remove the spring and adjustment button and use that screw to make it a fixed stock. The longer of the small screws are for the buttpad, the very short screws are for filling the unused tapped holes. Jesse |

Jesse Forgive my ignorance but which of the small screws are the longer ones for the buttpad? Also, the the Allen head screw on top, is this a two piece or a one piece setscrew?  Buttpad screws^^  Allen head set screw^^ |

The BOM listed exactly what you received. I revised the BOM to include what used to be in those screw packs which is two of 10-32x3/8" screws for the buttpad, and two of the 10-32x1/4" to fill the holes on the gusset (one is extra in case you don't want to use the sling swivel). The 3/8" screws can also be used to fill the holes, but the 1/4" were intended for that purpose. The washers are for use with the sling swivel, we include two for the same reason we include an extra takedown detent and spring, one seems to go "missing" from those kits and it's more cost effective to include a spare with all the kits than to process missing part calls and mail replacements. The 1/4-28x1/2" screw is the one that can replace the slotted adjustment button to make the stock a fixed stock for ban states (you'd also remove the spring inside) The set screw on top of the stock by the sling loop is Lock-Tite'd in and is not meant to be removed, it holds the index pin that prevents the stock from rotating on the tube. With the state of the current market, I don't want to sit on the extra inventory. I'll probably increase the batch size after we get the Gen 3's through the pipeline, but I don't intend on keeping them actively on the shelf at all times.
