Spokane area, eh?
End of May, there's a few of us (mostly Eastsiders) who getting together to Shoot, Camp & Comsume adult beverages. I'm sure you can make more than a few connections there, maybe even convince someone to be your personal guide...

IM sent. The directions are not posted on the board to minimize the number of folks who know about (Not like it's a big secret or anything) and to deter any uninvited "guests".

It's not a range.
It's state land, and, I'm led to beleive that according to the WAC, unless it's placed off limits and posted by the state, sport/target shooting is 100% perfectly legal there.
I've actually been contacted twice by DNR personnel out there while shooting. Once was to ask me to leave and come back at a later date because of an inmate work crew on the other side of the mountian, the other time the DNR guy was just checking the area. He looked over my toys, and said, "Have a nice day."
