Although this happened in Michigan it can very easyily happen here in Washington. The judicial system is out of fucking control!

I'm curious as to why you are saying that they are phony gun charges, unless youre going with the any law forbidding a free man to carry firearms is unlawful and unconstitutional line of thought.

I understand that he's been released on bail and is charged with charged with 4 counts misdemeanor possession of unregistered firearms and 1 count of misdemeanor menacing.

While I do somewhat agree with the above statements, I'd like to hear more about the menacing incident.  Remember, folks, one man's legal firearms carry or use is another man's menacing or threat.

The statements I have made above by no means believe that way, or that I believe things should be that way, or that I have any detaisl about this particular situation/crime.  It's a damn crying shame that we cannot "walk down the street" with our legal property in full view without someone being "frightened" or "threatened".
