My new Galco feel like it was made yesturday. Smells like it too. Problem is that the moist, sticky leather holds my gun in there too well.

Is there any spray or other modification to the inside to make it slippery?

Unload your pistol. Sit down to watch TV and holster and unholster it a few hundred times.

Call up Galco and get a bottle of their DRAW-EZ. It help slick up your holster, and shortens break-in too. It's $8.95 in the current catalog. I hope this helps.

This.............pretty much.

No need to put anything into it. Break it in correctly, with many draw strokes, and carry it for a while, it'll "loosen up". That's what I've always done.

The bonus to all the draw strokes is it allows you to practice your presentation out of said holster anyway.
