Unload your pistol. Sit down to watch TV and holster and unholster it a few hundred times.

Call up Galco and get a bottle of their DRAW-EZ. It help slick up your holster, and shortens break-in too. It's $8.95 in the current catalog. I hope this helps.

Break it in correctly, with many draw strokes, and carry it for a while, it'll "loosen up". That's what I've always done. The bonus to all the draw strokes is it allows you to practice your presentation out of said holster anyway.
