I bought a P2000 .40 v3 Da/Sa a earlier in the year for my first handgun (first to own, not first to shoot) and absolutely adore it. Has an awesome feel in my hand, is remarkably easy to break down for field cleaning.
As far as "supposed to be wider" comment, its listed as slightly wider on their website and pamplets because they measure it at the widest point, which would be each side of the ambi slide release lever, but the actual grip, and feel of the gun should be slimmer than the USPc, in regards to CCW use.
I'm in search of a .357sig barrel for mine, going to see if I can order one from HK.
Oh yeah, BTW, mine is a low S/N unit... #859 to be exact.
In the future i would like to obtain a P2000sk also, and a USPc 45, and a USP Tactical, and a HK 91, and a HK94, and a SL8, and a couple others... oh yeah, can't forget that I want a MP5
