back in may for my 21st birthday i picked myself up a "matching pair" of glock .40S&W's, the full sized glock 22 used 2nd gen and a new glock 27 3rd gen. I like the little 27 way more then the 22, espically when i put 22 mags in the 27!

The M6 is almost as much as the gun!

Very nice piece. That will be perfect for protecting the home since you have a light and laser! The 9mm in that big of a package will be sweet to shoot! I hope you really enjoy.

You sure he wont need an AR with a 100 rd drum too?  I thought anything less was uncivilized?

I thought it was an M6. I have no experience with the M3 though. My Beretta 96 Vertec .40 S&W has a little M6 friend on it . I really love it!

The M3-LED seems pretty neat from what I have read. Any chance you could post some pictures of the LED in action? Also, what color was yours, I heard that they come in different colors. I think you'll really like the M3 light at the very least, because the M6 has the same light and it is VERY bright with fresh batteries. Just one thing though, my M6 with the light on seems to chew through batteries really quickly so keep some spares around.

As for this:

Why are you acting like that? I think your feeling somewhat down because about 75% of this board just proved to you that your shotgun feelings were based entierly on hollywood movies. Shotguns do not scatter with 00 Buck which is needed to reach a baddie's vitals. Birdshot will scatter, but will not have enough penetration to reach the vitals of a well fed human, perhaps one of those Africans, but not a well fed human. What do you not understand Greco7778? A 5.56mm will enter, then shatter apart sending copper jacket and lead fragments throughout the baddie's bodie. That is why it was so hard to track the D.C. Snipers because the ballistics analysis could not be used effectivly on the fragmented pieces. You honestly do not know a thing about the crap that you are spewing out of your mouth.

Since the shotgun thing has already been proven to you, go watch a few more movies and then we can begin to talk about how people get knocked over from a gunshot wound .

The XD is a nice pistol. I carry an XD sub compact in .40, there's a pic of it in the Springfield forum. I love those guns... very nice. Oh and Happy Belated Birthday.

You'll have to excuse Death006, he lives in a bullet proof house, believes only an AR will do for home defense as bad guys will only be pissed off by 00 buck shot (not unexpected from a board titled ar15.com), and plays lots and lots of video games.

Death, don't hate... one moronic critic deserves another.

oh yeah, and his light is better than yours...

And congrats on your first handgun, sorry I highjacked your thread for a minute.

happy birthday.

In return, give her an engagement ring.  Women who support your gun habit are hard to find.

I already married my girl 3 months ago after dating for 5 1/2 years. Just tonight she finally accepted my gun addiction and tomorrow I'm out to get me my first handgun. I've already got several rifles, but the handgun seemed to freal her out more than the rifles.  Who knows?

Congrats on the gun and be sure to treat her well. She seems to really care about you.
