I will be getting $1200 in the next week, and it is burning a whole in my pockey already.  The conditions:
- it should be a firearm unless it is an accesory that is a "must"
- not ammo
- not any more magazines (I have spent $500 in the last 2 weeks on mags)

Here is what I already have

Colt AR-15 M4 (had for 2 days now heticThompson .45  "Thommy Gun"
Remmington 870 Marine
Berretta 96 40 S&W
Tuarus 99  9mm
Colt government Model .380
Colt .45 Series 80
Springfield Ultra Compact .45
Walther P22
Glock 23 40 S&W
Ruger MKII 22/45

Considering
Colt 9mm AR-15 (if I can find one)
Springfield M1A synthetic stock (My dad's)
Remington 700 VS in .308 with a Leupold Mark 4
Other 9mm carbine
Or other good suggestions

Sell the Mini-14.  Put that money with your cash to get a Remington PSS or equivalent in 300 win mag or .308.  Use the mini-14 cash to get a Leupold tactical scope of some variety.

I don't normally sell guns, but I would make an exception with the Mini-14.  It's a real POS.  IMHO.
Edited to add:  If you have an A-Team fetish, keep the Mini-14.

You need .357 and a .44 magnum sixguns - WTF are you thinking, you are way light on handguns!

Get a 4 or 6 inch S&W 686 or a 4 inch RugerGP100, and a 6 inch S&W 629.  Blackhawks are acceptable.

Best way to spend $1200 is to NOT spend it.  Put it to work.  Money in motion makes money.

How about a new Gat (might I recommend a blinged out Hi Point or Lorcin, with gangsta sights... ) to go along with the obligatory hookers and blow?

I already have an IRA, 401K, and lots of stocks......did I mention I am only 25.  I save.  This is play money.  You have to spend money on things you'll enjoy or else you feel like you work for nothing.

If that is the case, then you can certainly blow $1200.  Nice job, I envy you!

If I had $1200, I would probably buy lowers with it.
