hey guys.. im not sure if this is in the right spot but ill give it a shot... i just inherited a browning BAR 270 (made in belgium) and it is in perfect condition... absolutly no more than 5 shells put through it... does anyone kno how much this thing is worth, or where i could find this out..

any help will be greatly be appreciated

You could probably seasily sell it for around 600.....but this may be a bit lowball.

where could i find this out... it dosnt have a scratch on it , and browning stopped making them in belgium several years ago

Go to the auction places like www.gunbroker.com, and www.gunsamerica.comto check on values.

While we all agree these are finely made guns & worth every penny, it has been my experience that the BAR is a somewhat slow seller in today's market.

Since you inherited it & don't have x-amount invested in it, you may need to discount it to make it move, IMO.

Might I suggest you hang onto it & not sell it????
