just heard about it over dinner with my wife, her sister is a member...so i come home and look it up.,......what a bunch of worthless retards......my sister in law has her picture, birthday, adress, full name and all kinds of other shit on this site.....how fuckin open can you be for attacks ? and its people like this who wonder why they get stalked.....i guess in this case ignorance is bliss.....that is until you get picked up by some 50 year old pervert who wants to wear leather and do shit to you that i cant even dream up.........why am i surprised though, she also bitched about the way we were going to raise our unborn child around guns, and "why would you want to sleep with a gun by your bed" ..........sorry i guess im done ventin for awhile

Some dudes recently got arrested for statutory rape of girls they met through MySpace.

My brother has a site on there. Bunch of idiots.

Usually everytime some kid makes headlines for something really bad their MySpace page gets sent around. Gives some real insight into the fucked up individual. Someone posted the page of that kid that shot up a gay bar a couple weeks ago.

well, you know, ill post my birthday and shit, but im kinda selective about it, and on top of that, i have my CHL, and use it, so does my wife, and we have matching his and hers 1911's by our sides of the bed when we sleep.....i feel kinda safe, but the girl in question is a goodlooking 19 yr old college student, who walks close around corners, and gets drunk and then waits in the parking lot of the club for the rest of her friends.........i mean seriously, she is asking for trouble. Upon further review - I'm pulling her access to it.

Might be okay for older folks who want to create a simple website. But here's what I've noticed,

Every one of her friends is either all or some of the following:

Manic depressive
Self hating
Woe is me, against the world
Petty
Raging against some sort of "machine" (even though most cant even drive yet)
Downtrodden
Angry at their parents
Either hung up on what I like to call 'Mickey Mouse Bullshit" - whos dating who, whos a slut, whos a whore, etc.

So, I'm pulling her access to reading or posting on myspace.

Funny how I've seen people leave comments on her 'website' and some are from her friends "mothers" - you know, the 40 year old who still uses her high school picture to find a mate - white fucking trash.

Unfortunately I am familar with my space. My brother took his life this year and left his suicide note on My Space. I guess I am lucky he left a note. I was addicted to My Space for awhile watching all his "friends" post. I kept looking for clues. I am never going to understand why he did what he did but I am convinced that my space is generally evil. I just had to stop going there. Every once in awhile I go back and I always regret it. Very depressing.

I set up the Arfcom Group at myspace since some other arfcomers suggested it - so far its worked as a great way to network with other arfcomers online - it by no means replaces Arfcom - it meerly serves as an alternative means of networking with other like-minded gun owners. Its not some "special" club or clique. Just send an IM there.

I'm sorry for your loss, bud.

Unfortunately, I know all too well what you're dealing with...my Brother took his own life last June, but he left no note. I was looking through his belongings, talking to his friends, had his comp passwords hacked by a friend to look at his emails and records etc trying to find a reason.

Compounding the situation is the fact that he had no will, and tons of debt...in Tx, no will means at least 6 months to a year until you even get close to settling the matter oif his property, and when there's debt/creditors etc, it can take longer. Makes it harder to put to bed.

It gets better, dude...just takes time.
