Does anyone know of a video editor that will allow me to cut a large MPG file into several pieces?

TMPGEnc lets you encode MPEG2 from MPEG1s, AVI's and WAV's: http://www.tmpgenc.net/e_main2.html it has a 30 demo license, but there's a crack out there.
