as another poster unwittingly stated below the term he used was "take him out" as Mr. Robertson stated himself that has many different meanings from assassination to kidnapping to a political takeover etc. Any if those that call him crazy actually took the time to watch his show they would find out that he shares the same idea as a lot of us. In fact truth be told if he wasnt so religiously fervent I could easily imagine him as a regular arfcom poster.

As a Christian, I have to admit that he's made some rather, ah...embarassing comments over the years. But that said, he's also done much good. I just file a comment like his recent one into the "getting old, has a public platform, and could care less what he says" file. I wish he would have put more thought into it before he spouted off, just as I wish Billy Graham hadn't made his off the cuff remark about Bill Clinton "maybe becoming an enangelist, while Hilary ran the country." I am taking care of myself, quite well thank you. Doesnt mean I dont get fucked 6 ways to Tuesday. Let me give you just one example of my daily "Screw the little guy" episodes. Went to get the kids into school. Public school, its a good school system and a brand spankin new school this year. 45 bucks enrollment fee (per student!). WTF? Isnt public school ALREADY funded by my taxes? Kindergarten? 60 bucks. A WEEK. WTF? Isnt public school funded by my taxes?? Bus? 150 per semester. Thats one example. Good thing public schools are funded by taxes, or I might have to pay to send my kids to school. How about seatbelt laws? I'm REQUIRED by law to wear a seatbelt, and will give a "forced donation" to the state if I dont. But the kid on his 900 Ninja can blast around like an asshat without a helmet in shorts and a t-shirt...... And oh buddy. The list goes on in the "Fuck the little guy" department. So i reiterate. Chavez cares about the little guy. American politicans care about squeezing us for as much as humanly possible and after that dont give a shit what happens to us. So you keep tootin your "America is the best!" horn. Me, I'll just think otherwise and kindly agree to disagree with your opinions. EDIT: And continue to hope someday America will fall back to its former glory, and not this shitpot cesspool we have now. America is a great country. But you cant let the love of country get in the way of seeing whats wrong with it. |

And ya know what, while I'm pissed off and ranting, let me rant on another issue I dealt with this weekend.
The fucking ghetto. Goddamnit. I went to a mall this weekend, used to be a nice mall which has since been taken over by a bunch of fuckin porch ***** that dont do shit all day. My favorite tobacco shop is closed down, I wandered around the mall surrounded by kids who wear their pants down to their knees, dont know what a belt is and think caps are properly worn when sitting at a 45 degree angle from the head. And 2 of the 3 jewelry stores I saw had a sign in the window which stated "We do gold teeth'. Your a fucking JEWELRY STORE, not a fucking dentist! And guess where these little aspiring businessmen got their money? Wasnt from working, you know, like I do. Most likely they got it from robbing or selling drugs, or from mom who got it from ME because *I* work and pay fucking taxes!! Ok, I feel better now. Thanks. /end ranting |
