So I go out to the mailbox before work yesterday evening and grab the day's bills. Get to work and start going through the envelopes. Bill, bill, bill, bill, photo of attractive blonde, bill, bill. Wait a minute? Photo of attractive blonde? What the hell is that? About the size of a postcard. Turn it over, has my name & address on it. Also says:
It is presorted postage paid. City listed is Stockton CA. I have absolutely no idea what this thing is or what it pertains to. Must be some kind of porn thing. I'm not calling the number. I googled it, came up with nothing. I bet that damn Playboy sold my address. Bastards. If you call the number, let me know what it pertains to. I'm just not that daring. |
I have 3 addresses stuff goes to. All my stuff like catalogs goes to a famialy members house, but Im pissed at them and havent been by there in a month or 2. creditcard offers go to my mothers so I get a pile of them every 2 weeks or so. My house I get bills and thats about it. |
That's the main reason I refuse to call the number. Those porn fuckers (pun unintended) can be crafty and shady. |

Not always the case. I've heard tell of numbers redirecting to offshore numbers which slam your phone bill with charges. And besides, I don't exactly feel comfortable calling the number from work. |
