If he gets the nomination. It makes me a little sick, but even his worst case scenario of making deals with liberals should be better than straight up corruption and socialism from Hillary or Sanders.
I can't stand listening to Trump talk because it just sounds so immature. When you read a transcript of an interview he does, it makes it even worse. But at the end of the primary, the choice is gone. I believe in fighting like hell during the primary to put the best guy forward. I still believe the best guy is Cruz by a wide margin, any unelectability crap is just that - crap. That's the same bullshit that has led to losses in previous elections. The bright side is yes, it will make libs cry like never before. Revenge of sorts, despite not being what I think is best, it will be bitter-sweet. Bitter-sweet is better than pure corruption and socialism, so fuck it. I know there are other Cruz supporters who said similar things as I did, and I guess I just encourage you to rethink about it, and hopefully you can come to the same conclusion as me. Just check the box with the R and kick the libs out of the whitehouse. |

Winston Churchill once said that "If Mr. Hitler invaded Hell, I should be compelled to make at least a favorable reference to the Devil in the House of Commons."
That's how I feel about November. I will vote for the Devil himself if it will stop HRC or Bernie from entering the White House. |

I'll also vote for whoever the candidate is. Cruz would be my first choice and then I guess Trump. I going to vote R and everyone I can talk into is going. The most important things they do is the judges they put on the court.

I was all set to push the button for Rand Paul but right now my vote is going to go to Carson. A third term? Really bud? He can't HAVE a third term, just like Don Imus was wrong in 2000 to suggest that Clinton would be President for life. |

Agreed. I have become a one-issue voter -- and that one issue is guns. I would vote for any R candidate because of that. (If it wasn't for guns, I would be an enthusiastic Bernie backer. Hillary is just unspeakable at every level.)

The two-party system means that it's a binary choice, and it's always a matter of which is the lesser of the two evils. By voting 3rd party, you in effect are voting for the greater of the two evils. I'm torn on this.
If i had any clue as to Trump's REAL ideology and it leaned Conservative i would vote for him easily. BUT if he is a liberal or a Populist in sheeps clothing then do we want him taking our country down the final rails to doom with a "Conservative" collar around his neck for all to blame? I will plug my nose and Pray because if things go further to shit it won't matter much who gets the blame. I support Trump but my primary vote is with Cruz. I think Trump would be a decent president. Aside from Cruz, I'd prefer Trump over the rest of the current candidates. JEB! would suck, Rubio wants amnesty, I like carson but I don't think he has much of a chance, and his stance on the 2a bothers me. I still have trust issues with Trump. His past bothers me. Sure he may have changed, but still. Voting Cruz in the primary, but would have no problem with Trump in the general. Staying home if JEB! secures the nomination, especially if by a brokered convention. |

Donald doesn't have any lengthy canned responses like the other candidates so he sometimes sounds like a moron when he answers a question.
If you watch some of his old interviews, he is able to speak well and articulate an answer or he says "I don't know" but his go-to method during this election when he doesn't have a great answer is "it's going to be great, you're going to love it, we're going to make America great again!" Apparently, someone in his campaign told him not to try winging the answers if he isn't sure about the question. |
