ok AR15.com....I came across this ammo digging through my dad's safe

Loose orange tip ammo, with brass reading various manufactures such as IMI, LC, and WRA. This leads me to believe these are reloads, but what does the orange tip mean??

The second batch I found is in sealed 10 round clear bags, stamped LC (lake city?) 90 (yr. of manufacture?) and the NATO stamp. This ammo is light blue tipped.

Sooo what do I have here??

The orange projectile is from Pulled Down M62 Tracer ammo.  It is reloaded, as military ammo needs to be "demilled" before distibution to the general populus.  Is the blue tip 7.62 as well?  I am not familiar with it.

Blue tip is API isn't it? I only say this because IIRC, blue tip .50 BMG is API. But, I'm not aware that US arsenals made API 7.62mm NATO.
